We have three levels of support available to you:
Our Knowledge Base is full of useful step-by-step articles containing accompanying screenshots to help you with day-to-day processes in Core Practice. This is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Email support from our Help Center gives you the ability to submit a support request at any time of the day. We usually respond to our email support requests within one business day. This may differ if your plan includes a Service Level Objective, in which case it would be quicker.
Phone support gives you the option to call our support line and speak to a real person. This is available between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Gone are the days of buying licences and limiting the number of computers using your software. You won’t have to purchase licences in order for you to use Core Practice, so you can have it open on as many computers or devices as you please.
There are no lock in contracts for your subscription with Core Practice. If you are unhappy with our software, you can end your subscription at any time, with nothing to pay.
