Quick answers to your important questions

We have three levels of support available to you:

  1. Our Knowledge Base is full of useful step-by-step articles containing accompanying screenshots to help you with day-to-day processes in Core Practice. This is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  2. Email support from our Help Center gives you the ability to submit a support request at any time of the day. We usually respond to our email support requests within one business day. This may differ if your plan includes a Service Level Objective, in which case it would be quicker.
  3. Phone support gives you the option to call our support line and speak to a real person. This is available between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Because Core Practice is an online software, it will run on any device with a modern browser and an internet connection; a Mac, PC, tablet or even a smartphone. The only requirement is that your main computer is a PC, so that we can install the software to allow you to make electronic HICAPS claims.
