Our Story

In 2014, at a Sunday barbecue in Sydney, our founder and software engineer Kenny Ha heard five words that changed everything:

“It would be great if…”

A dental business owner shared how his outdated software was holding back growth. The systems on the market were expensive, clunky, slow to improve, and built on legacy technology.

Kenny saw an opportunity, not just to build better software, but to redefine how dental practices operate.

He set up a small workspace in his daughter’s nursery and began working closely with dentists, owners, and reception teams. By observing real workflows and listening to real frustrations, he built the foundation for what would become the Core Practice Software, a is simple, modern, user-friendly, and powered by the best of cloud technology.
